What Is It?

The formula supplies all nine essential amino acids, with 3g of leucine, along with a blend of electrolytes to replace what you lose in sweat, plus taurine and two branded ingredients, KSM-66® ashwagandha and Cognizin® citicoline. Mix one 22g scoop with 400-450ml of water for a refreshing Blue Raspberry drink. It contains no sugar, is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium, and is coloured with spirulina extract. As with any supplement, it works best alongside a balanced diet and a well-planned training programme. The scoop is included in the tub, and the powder dissolves readily in a shaker bottle, so it is easy to prepare in the gym changing room or at your desk. Because it is not a protein powder, many people use it alongside a whey or plant protein shake after training, or in place of a sugary drink during a long session.
