What Is It?

Black Ops is a stimulant-based capsule from Grenade, the UK sports nutrition brand. Each serving of two capsules contains 200mg of caffeine, roughly the same as two cups of coffee, blended with plant extracts such as green tea and cayenne pepper, plus taurine, choline bitartrate, cocoa seed extract and black pepper extract (piperine). It also provides vitamin B6, niacin and chromium: niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Because of its high caffeine content, the label advises assessing your tolerance by starting with one capsule daily for the first week. Capsules should be taken with food and not within six hours of going to bed.
