Mix one scoop with 300–400ml of ice-cold water and drink it 15–30 minutes before you train. Peach Purge is a fruity peach flavour, and the range also includes Wreck It Raz, Fruit Bomb, Atomic Orange, Loco Limon, Cobra Ki, Mad Mandarin and Apple Attack.
